Product Warranty
Tri-State Office Furniture & Tri-Sate Office Furniture Express products are warranted against manufacturing defects in material and workmanship for two (2) years, with the following exceptions: upholstery material, foam, gas cylinders, wood components and control mechanisms, which are warranted for one (1) year.
This warranty is limited to replacement, repair or parts to repair at our discretion. No power tools are to be used to assemble products. Warranty will be voided if there is any damage caused by assembler. Unless otherwise specified, chairs have a weight capacity of 230 pounds, and the warranty will be voided if this weight is exceeded. Warranty is limited to a 40-hour single shift work week. All file drawers are for hanging folders only. All lateral file drawers have a weight capacity of 90 pounds per drawer, evenly distributed.
